ORIBRICK – insulation system with clinker panels
Product description
Oribrick is a modern external wall insulation system finished with clinker tiles. It is based on prefabricated modules in which clinker tiles are permanently embedded in rigid polyurethane foam (PUR) and reinforced with stabilizing fibers. This solution allows thermal insulation and an aesthetic façade finish to be achieved simultaneously.
The ready-made modules speed up the installation process and can be used both in new buildings and during renovation projects. The system ensures durability, resistance to weather conditions, and the appearance of traditional clinker brickwork with a shorter construction time.
The layer arrangement in the Oribrick system includes:
- clinker tile
- decorative joint (grout)
- intermediate layer
- rigid polyurethane foam (PUR) providing thermal insulation
- stabilizing fiber increasing the strength of the module
The Oribrick system is available in configurations with clinker tiles from renowned manufacturers such as Feldhaus, Nelissen, Röben, Vandersanden, and Wienerberger, allowing the façade aesthetics to be adapted to the individual requirements of a project.
